Laporan yang telah di ACC reviewer SPJ dan mendapatkan pengesahan dari DPL (asli), dijilid lem biru UNS kemudian dikirim ke UPKKN LPPM bersama dengan form nilai ( tidak dijilid bersama dengan laporan). Berkas akan diterima di front office LPPM.<br>2.
